Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Nano Prompt. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nano Prompt websites, applications, and related services for AI‑powered prompt, text, image, and video generation (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding credentials. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use or security incidents.

Description of the Service

Nano Prompt provides tools to generate and transform content using AI (including prompts, text, images, and videos). Output quality, speed, and availability vary with model behavior, input complexity, and system load. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.

Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, or rights of others
  • Generate or disseminate unlawful, hateful, harassing, violent, or sexually exploitive content
  • Upload content you lack rights or permissions to use
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or bypass security or rate limits
  • Scrape, index, or bulk export in ways that harm performance or violate our API rules
  • Misrepresent generated content as human‑produced where disclosure is legally required

We may suspend or terminate access for suspected abuse, security risk, or violations.

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload ("User Content"). You grant Nano Prompt a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, process, transmit, and display User Content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service (including via anonymized or aggregated data to enhance safety and performance).

You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit User Content and grant the above license.

Generated Output

Subject to applicable law and these Terms, you own the rights in the AI‑generated output produced for you. You are responsible for your use of outputs, including obtaining third‑party permissions and complying with our Acceptable Use Policy and any model/provider‑specific restrictions.

Our IP

Nano Prompt owns all rights in the Service, including software, models, algorithms, design, look‑and‑feel, and trademarks. Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized, you may not copy, modify, distribute, create derivatives of, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant Nano Prompt a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free license to use them without restriction.

Plans, Credits, and Billing

  • Some features require paid plans or credits. Pricing and inclusions are shown at checkout and may change with reasonable notice.
  • Taxes, fees, and charges (other than Nano Prompt’s income taxes) are your responsibility.
  • Unless required by law, fees are non‑refundable. Failed or disputed payments may result in suspension.

Cancellations, Suspension, and Termination

  • You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations, legal requirements, risk to the Service, or non‑payment.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We may delete your data consistent with our policies and legal obligations.

Beta Features and Experimental Tools

We may offer beta or experimental features. They are provided "as is," may be unstable, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

APIs and Rate Limits

If you use our APIs, you must follow our documentation and any usage limits. We may monitor usage to ensure quality and security. Do not share credentials or attempt to circumvent quotas.

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR‑FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. AI‑GENERATED CONTENT MAY BE INACCURATE OR UNSUITABLE; REVIEW BEFORE USE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NANO PROMPT AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO NANO PROMPT IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD 100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions or limitations; in such cases, these limits apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nano Prompt and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content or outputs, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Export Controls and Sanctions

You must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws. You represent you are not located in, or a resident of, any embargoed country or on any restricted‑party list.

Government Use

The Service is commercial computer software. Government users obtain only those rights specified in these Terms.

DMCA and IP Complaints

If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us with details. We may remove content and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Nano Prompt regarding the Service.

  • Governing Law and Venue: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Nano Prompt operates, without regard to conflicts of law. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration where permitted; otherwise, in the courts of that jurisdiction.
  • For EU Users: EU consumers may benefit from mandatory provisions of their country of residence.
